Background

When I Started: Oct 2005
HOW I STARTED:

I just wanted to get in shape (the right way) with one of my buddies, so i learned as much as i could and dove in head first...he quit after a month.

WHY I LOVE IT:

It makes me feel like im accomplishing something. I changed every single thing about my life to travel down the road im on, ill never leave it again.

Thanks for your ideas, ill look into Optimum Anabolics patrick Im struggling right now with the idea of setting up a diet, i have all the nutrition knowledge i need but for some reason im dragging my feet on setting some numbers on paper and sticking to them. Im pretty good at serving sizes and portions, i know i need to write down my exact macronutrient goals to get the results i want...maybe im afraid ill screw up? i dunno? ive seen good results with picking a carb source, and a protein source for each meal and picking portions according to my current plan. I just didnt do very well on my la...

I really like Chad Waterbury's ideas on frequency training. Theres an article on Testosterone Nation ( http://www.t-nation.com/readArticle.do?id=905832 ) that has really piqued my interest. Also there are a number of techniques that are really looking good to me. The idea of Fascia Stretching...any thoughts? Also "Greasing the Groove" a russian technique. As far as fascia stretching goes the idea is to mimic the muscle memory phenomenon by getting a great pump then "extreme stretching" the target muscle allowing more room for growth...i need to do more reading, anyone...

Ch3wy yeah i know, i think it actually might already be opened. But... i've been going to the golds in va beach for like a year and a half for free and i doubt i can get into norfolk's for free too.
