I played sports from the time I could walk. As I became older I picked up weightlifting as a way to increase my size/strength to maximize my performance. As soon as I graduated from high school I began to bodybuild on a serious level. I got hooked on the high, and never looked back.
Why I Love It:
It's a great way to relieve stress at the end of a hard day's work!
How I Stay Motivated:
I look around at everyday ordinary people and realize I don't want to look like them. Also, my motivation is "O" and "Cut" for Mr.O and Jay Cutler!
BB Accomplishments:
2008 Northern Japan Bodybuilding Championships, 1st Place. 2007 Central Japan Bodybuilding Championships, 2nd Place. Union, SC Deadlift Champion.
Pulled 500lbs weighing in @160.
All of the Christmas parties are finally over and I can concentrate on the 2008 competition season. No more late Friday nights and drinks with alcohol for me. It's all about finishing up my Mass building season and prepping for my up and coming cut diet! Time to get serious.
I plan on doing a SNBF show in Gainesville GA, but i have to make sure they honoe the WNBF pro card. I was going to do a WNBF show, but they are not even close to where i live in florida. later
Just got a mid-week motivation from fellow BB-spacer & decided to pass it on! If you're motivated then pass it on to 10 (or more) of your friends :> Have a great week :>
