Background
I started as a hobby when I first joined the military since gym is always nearby. Throughout these 5 years, I have learned the importance of proper form to prevent injury/nutrition/and other factors and continue to learn more each day.
There are thousands of factors that affect a person's physical appearance. I cant think of anything else that intrigues me more than fitness and nutrition. Researching the needed information to reach my goals and aiding others in reaching their goals is what I love to do.
