How I Started:
I'm a very active person so, if I'm not at the gym I'm playing some kind of sport. The past couple of months I have been dedicating a lot of time at the gym and I have seen my strength go through the roof. My original purpose was so I could be stronger, faster, & bigger in playing football. But, now I just love going to gym pushing my limits. So, I guess I'll see where it takes me.
Why I Love It:
I really love to compete in every sport that I play and that transition even in the gym. I push myself hard in the gym that way I can use everything I gain on the field or court. I feel the best when I am working out and everything else in the world just goes away for a little bit.
How I Stay Motivated:
I've always been a self motivated person and I always strive to be better in every aspect of life. I always set small goals for myself to achieve that way I can see my progress. Seeing the results in the mirror and on the field are a huge plus. But, most of all when I'm hitting the weights hard at the gym I feel so alive and that keeps me coming back for more.

Goal (Long):
My main goal is to put on ten more pounds of muscle weight. All the while trying to stay lean and getting my abs to be more presentable. I don't workout just for looks I use my gains and strength in all the sports that I like to play. When I get to 170 lbs. with a low percent body fat I will be pretty satisfied. I have many short term goals I must acheive before I attain that one. In a couple of years I should have this done.

Tonight was the second time this early spring season that I took one out of the park. I guess putting on this new muscle weight has really helped. I think the power came from my legs since that seems to be where my biggest gains have been. It's just good to know that even though I'm hittin...
thank you very much.... you are so right about self motivation....its not getting to the gym that's the hard part, its eating right and eating a lot that's tough for me
oooh that sucks, but be super careful mister. damn spotter!!! I just go to the gym alone, can't trust anyone these days ;) haha kidding! I wish i had someone to spot me so I could lift a little heavier
Well since I moved I get some days where I can workout in the morning too- that's my favorite, but there are some days I still have to go at night.....either way, the workouts are going awesome! How about you?
