How I Started:
Ive always been a athlete growing up in a basketball family watching my 1st cousins go pro and tryin to follow in there footsteps, i never relle started lifting wieghts until freshman year of college. i was diganosed as a type 1 diabetic so i forced to monitor my health and eating habbits more closely. one step led to another and i soon discovered that i had a great base for building muscle. i loved what i was seeing and it got me hooked.
Why I Love It:
I love the hi. theres nothing better than feeling good about your appearance and knowing that your bettering yourself. seeing the changes in your body from cycle to cylce . just make you think you can do anything. the skys the limit.
How I Stay Motivated:
it all starts with health. as a type 1 diabetic health is key and my time clock sits in my hands so its the life is the ultimate motivation. its personal with me aswell, ive always had a mindset where i have to b the best. and if thats in sports or in the classroom. i just have to b ontop. and when i see great bodys all around me or on tv. magazines. i just have to b better than that.
its also a tremendous condfidence booster. ive always been a pretty decent lookin kid and ive always attracted quite a bit of women but never relle understood why, once i began to pay more attention to my physical then it connected me closer to who i am and what i have to offer other than a good body.

Goal (Long):
my goal consist of alot of details but is based off of one thing. Juz b az lean as possbile. i go through stages where i put on mass n then cut. n do it all over again but overall i like just being healthy and fit. ive adapted to the lifestyle and honestly cant live anyother way anymore. i eat lean. n still maintain good bulk muscle.
