How I Started:
I had always been the small guy. I was shorter than just about everybody in my class. I started wrestling in Jr High and was about 10lbs lower than even the lowest weight class. My dad bought me a weight set and chin-up bar for home. I started lifting and my body responded immediately. Pretty soon I was stronger than most guys even several weight divisions above me and I could hold my own on the mat with bigger guys...I was addicted! From there on I have been lifting my whole life.
Why I Love It:
Health & fitness are of major importance in my life. Living a healthy lifestyle is very important to me and bodybuilding is part of that lifestyle. I get a total rush from a great workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
Fitness & Bodybuilding are integral in my life, I can't imagine not being actively involved.
