When I Started:
Mar, 2009
How I Started:
I got interested in working out when my best friend Quentin Ragland introduced me to it. We got some supplements from GNC and *********.com. He came up with a work out program for me and we then started officially workin out at our gym at Ohio Christian University.
Why I Love It:
I enjoy lifting because after a while, i get to look back and see the progress i have made, which encourages me, and gives me motivation. i also love lifting because when im pissed off or something, i can just hit the weights instead of just hitting someone. lol
How I Stay Motivated:
i stay motivated by not slacking off, and if i start to, i will talk to Quentin or someone that i work out with and they will pound me on the back and just put me right back in the game.
BB Accomplishments:
when i first started lifting, i could only bench with 25's on the bar. NOW i can bench with 45's on the bar, just a month after starting. i also have increases in arm, leg, back and shoulder, and chest size and strength.

Its all about stimulating the muscle. Do what ever exercises you can since you are limited right now. YOu always want to feel the muscle working and have a pretty good pump before you are done. If you cant feel a particular muscle or exercise, try increasing the reps until you can feel it. But be sure to use many different exercises and switch the order you do them around form week to week.
