ah man your lifts are insane,
I just lift for strength now as well except for deadlifting, I ****ed my form up once and cant really bring myself to owning my back again, Do u have any suggestions on how to increase everything except for eating heaps haha?
I do 3 reps 10setsish for most things.

I saw one of your older posts on a ph review thread and I had some questions what you used and I was hoping you could give me some advice. I didn't understand when you mentioned you used Epistane because you already mentioned a different ph you used. I was also hoping you could tell me the cycles you used (how many times a day you took these supplements and the amounts) and in what order you took them. If you could help me I would greatly appreciate it.

Adrenolin can you help me with establishing some kind of diet and training routine?
Eating clean is tough for me but I can do it
Eating Dirty is easier and doing Cardio but Ive never tried it so Idk if it will work for me
Also maybe a training program, Ive recently got a gym membership, my focus is strength + size and bringing up my biceps since they're and my back.
All help is greatly appreciated .
