I joined the air force 4 months ago, and realized a month ago, how terribly out of shape I am. I used to eat horrible, have cleaned up a bit. I am on a mission to try to get myself in shape, and develop some muscle so I can fill out some, and hopefully look more my age, and not a like a teenager, lol. I want to stick to eating clean, working out, and gaining strength. Goal weight :116 lbs

Yea, it takes time. but u should see some upcoming changes! that is if u are consistent! Its a high when you do!
