I'm thinking NPC Bikini...then Ms. Bikini America! I find inspiration in Amelia Powers (and Wonder Woman).
Goal (Long):
I want to trim down my middle and lower abs. Tone arms and legs a bit. Define my upper back, shoulders, outer thigh and midline. Working on trimming off about 2% body fat to acheive a nice line down the middle of my belly. I would like to define my upper back and quads a little more this month.
My hip had been bothering me a lot for about 2 months. I finally went to the doc last week to get it checked out. They took some X-rays and a bone scan. I have 2 stress fractures in my left hip. : ( It is excruciating to run and jump, but everything else feels fine. I have no pain/ discomfort...
Let me start out fresh....I will take some new "Before" photos, this weekend and work on chiseling up all over again...I'm going to need all the push I can get! I'm highly unmotivated lately. So....help guys! keep in touch! That's what helps keep me going!!! : )
I'M BACK!!!! I am back to a regular routine in the gym. Ran a 5k 2 weeks ago, ran 3 miles sunday evening. Doing a general detox diet to get me jumpstarted again. Tomorrow is the last day of the detox, and it's on!!! Back to business. I will be attending the military ball with my beloved boyfriend on the 6th, so I'm using that as motivation to keep me rolling. I keep looking at myself in the mirror every night and saying..."Dang! I'm looking fab!" : D
dropping your body fat% they will show up more. if you only build them up but dont drop the bf% they wont show up as much. it also depends on your body.
Aw you'll be fine. I do think the same as well. That's why im not planning to do a competition in awhile. Sometimes its better to wait, the more time you have to improve on your weaknesses and there is a better chance you'll get 1st place.
