How I Started:
I got tired of being the tall skinny guy. I was 6'2" and 170lbs.
Why I Love It:
The reason I love it is because when I'm at the gym I don't think about anything else. No matter what is going on in my life I leave it at the door when I walk in and focus 100% on what I'm doing. It's like my own personal office.
How I Stay Motivated:
Lifting heavier weights and seeing results, the mirror and positive comments on BodySpace.
BB Accomplishments:
Going from 170lbs to where I'm at now. Doing the Michigan Novice on March 24, 2007.
