Workout Program:
Workout history:
*Athletics training in highschool for sprints
*Soccer training/ basketball training - sports specific
hit the gym - would only bench and do leg extension and presses.

*At 16 learnt a thing or two about lifting - started a bodypart split
*At 17 first proper workout:
chest + tri's
back + bi's
legs

* since age 20:
1) 3x week split
2) push pull
3) dog crapp
4) Rippetoe
5) 4x week animal pack training
6) OVT
9) crossfit
10) 4x power + intensity + HIIT
