I got started when I was about 14. I used to be very active all the way throughout high school. After that I lost a lot of the motivation and its been on and off ever since.
Currently I've been looking for a motivation to keep me going permanently.
Why I Love It:
I like workingout because it makes me feel better.
How I Stay Motivated:
As long as I have a reason for what I do, I can accomplish almost anyhting. My reason right now is a PT Test.
BB Accomplishments:
None as of right now. I keep going back and forward on this one...

I've been following Sporto since I created my account at BodyBuilding.com. It was because of him that I found this site. His accomplishments give me a true inspiration for me to achieve my goal.
I like the explosive nature of Layne. Always full of energy and motivated. Even after his pec surgery he continued doing what he loves. True inspiration. Go Team Norton!!!
I started the New Year with the MuscleTech Transformation Contest to try to shed a few pounds and a few layers of fat that I've gained throughout the Christmas. I would post my pictures here, but they are on my profile and on the contest forum thread (the link...
How's it going with you, Ace? I took my "After" shots and will be working on the essay soon. How was the contest experience for you? I've been spending more time on MD and Rx, but count BodySpace as a great place to hang my hat. Have a great weekend, Miguel!
Awe man, that sucks that you dropped but I understand being busy. As for the abs, I just dieted and took Hydroxycut Hardcore. Low BF makes the abs to pop in. Get back at it bro, it's never to late. And thanks for dropping by to say hi. Later, Chris
