How I Started:
I wanted to do something to get my family motivated to be healthier so I'm leading by example. I was once active and athletic so I wanted to get back to that since I'm not getting any younger!

Goal (Overall):
Lose fat, Gain Muscle, Transform myself by end of summer 2009 and be constantly ACCOUNTABLE for the state of the temple that is my body.
Goal (Long):
I want to flatten my stomach first of all. After having 3 children, I could use some tightening up. I want my legs to be shapely again (more toned and defined)! I want to build toned shoulders and arms. When I was younger there were two things I was known for, my but and my long legs. I want to be known for that at 38! When I look in the mirror this time next year, I want to see a different person! I will lose fat by eating healthier, gain muscle by weight training and improve my stamina and strength by running and doing other cardio. I will be ACCOUNTABLE by uploading progress pics every month. I will be ACCOUNTABLE by logging what I eat every day. I will be ACCOUNTABLE by detailed logs of my workouts.

Hi, welcome to BB.com. I saw your progress pics and read your concerns. I'd recommend squats, leg presses, and lunges to help with your backside. You've got a good base though, and it won't take you long to achieve your goals. Good luck!
