Background
I was overweight when I was younger and use to get picked on a lot. I also wasn't getting much attention from girls either and decided make a change to improve my confidence. As a junior in high school basketball I was getting pushed around from all the senior players. It use to drive me nuts! Once I started seeing changes in my body it made me feel amazing. I was addicted to the Natural High working out brings me. It also taught me hard work and discipline. I've used those traits in anything I want to achieve in life.
I love the idea of waking up every morning knowing I can get better and improve my body in someway. Whether through intensity in the gym or disclipline on a strict diet. It takes a lot of dedication to see results but a "muscle pump" in the gym/seeing results is one of the best feelings in life!
