As a Child I remember watching Body Building shows on TV. I would Say to myself “wow wouldn't it be nice to look like that guy” Decades went by and I never really accomplished my new year’s resolutions always all talk little action. Some recent Drama in my life has ignited my fuel to pump iron.
Why I Love It:
I like to feel the muscle getting Harder. Body building is not easy but I'm up for the challenge. I Breath better, feel stronger. It lowers my blood sugar level. I do not feel like I am having a heart attack when I climb stairs from my basement to my room in the second floor.
How I Stay Motivated:
Decades went by and I never really accomplished my new year’s resolutions always all talk little action. I am NOT a BS type of guy, so no more excuses. The recent passing of my 35 yr old brother in March, 2008, my uncontrolled Diabetes type 2 & my wife of 8 yrs telling me that she is leaving me because she fell out of love really woke me up. The years just fly by and it’s the same thing year after year. I have decided to focus on me. If I can be successful at work and climb the corporate ladder why not be successful in my personal life and apply the Leadership skill to my health. Muscle building, help lower my glucose level. My father had a stroke in 1997 and died at age 55. Also our body is gods temple and I have not been taken care of it.

I have made Progress in my diet. Continued to build good Habits when it comes to Nutrition and keeping a workout schedule. Maintaining a healthier Blood sugar Level.
