It has been harder lately but my two sons, 3yrs and 2 months, are my motivation now.
BB Accomplishments:
The only "bodybuilding accomplishments" I have are at one time I was 7.5% body fat. I was in great shape!

Well another week under the belt. I lost 4lbs. and some more on the measurements. I calculated this morning that if I can lose avg. of 3 lbs. a week I could be at my goal weight in 11 weeks. So that is my motivation 3 lb weekly weight loss.

I know where you are coming from and I wish you much success in your quest to get fit. Combine weight lifting, some form of cardio and a good nutrition plan and you will be amazed at the changes and the speed at which they can occur. I used the Body for Life program and had great results you might want to give it a look-see. Stay strong and believe in yourself and what you can accomplish. Give me a yell if you wish.
