Np man. Deadlifts are going well. Seems like I'm setting a new PR each time I try. They have definitely helped my back strength on rowing exercises since I started doing them. I've been remotivated to gain weight so I've been on a bulk for the past 4 weeks and have put on ~5-6lbs. Hoping to hit 180 eventually.

Thanks for the request bro! Awesome physique! How often do you use resistance training for your abs? I've been doing kneeling cable crunches and weighted leg raises for a couple months now but my abs don't seem to want to grow out anymore.

Ya, I need to start doing some stretching after my workouts. I'm too lazy right now :) but I'm starting to find out the consequences :( The stiffness in my lower back this week was due to too much arching while doing heavy BB curls w/o a spotter :/ I guess I could curl you for a 4-5 reps, lol. I'll sometimes get some stiffness after squatting but very rarely deadlifting since I haven't tested my max potential on that exercise as I am still learning proper technique.

Ya, those gainers are really thick and hard to down. If you still can't gain, I would just start training for strength and to lean out. The mass will slowly but eventually start packing on. This is what I've decided to do but I'm going to try these gainers as a last resort. GL w/ college bro! What are you going to be studying?
