hey dude! looking awesome! you do t-bar rows? I also dropset db rows, starting with as heavy as i can go for 8 reps, and drop 10lbs until i get to the 10lb db. yep it makes a mess and everyone hates me for it, but it brought out my lower lats! i also started doing good mornings a few months ago...keeps my lower back looking nice and tight! yours is looking awesome too!

Well thats not the only workout I do. I do several AB routines a day and change it up constantly. Push them to the limit and train them daily.

hey man...havent updated my progress pics in a while...check them out its so hard to eat right in high school...so i'm just trying to eat w/e i can (double cheeseburgers + smoothie + tacos at 12am loll). i havent gained much fat so thats alright. btw i'm studying computer engineering at uiuc (illinois)

Eh..its not that great. The serving size is 4 scoops...which is nuts. Its like drinking sand even when I put a lot of milk in the shaker. So I only use half the serving (2 scoops) at a time...which is around 400 cals. I've basically maintained my weight...maybe gained a pound at most. I'm off to college in 6 days so I'm just planning on surviving on a big tube of ON whey, some ON casein, fish oil and mult vit.

yea hopefully i'll avoid the freshman 15 lol sounds like u've been busy man! im hopin to take up a minor in business or a science field, possibly bio or chem. pharmacy seems like its gonna be a rough 6 years but im hopin the $$$ makes up for it haha i was lookin at ur stats before, great job man! wish i could lift big numbers like those

yea im gonna be living on campus for first year. our school makes us buy semester meal plans so...my diet is whatever the school has, so i'll have to work around that. hopefully my school has somewhat of a clean menu im goin into a 6 year pharmD program at the philadelphia college of pharmacy. where did u go for undergrad/where are u currently?
