My gut was growing and i couln't handle looking in the mirror.I was sick of being so average so i started doing pushups and crunches every night. eventually i began seeing results and decided to join a gym
Why I Love It:
I just love improving my physique. The results are all positive.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just want to get shreded. also girls and watching my body transform.
Those are the areas I have been trying to build up myself. For traps I use dumbbell shrugs and upright rows. For my back I use a variety of exercises. I try to deadlift 2x per month and do excerises that hit each section of the back. Always do something for the upper back, middle, outer lats, and lower back. This was an area I neglected early on and regret it.

Thanx for the counter add buddy! Wish you success in developing that 6-pack into and 8-pack! Suggestion: That 8-pack is gonna look much more pronounced if the pecs and shoulders are bigger. well i do hanging leg raises
like i will go to a chin up bar, hang on it with my arms and lift my legs up until my toes touch the barand slowly bring them back to the floor. also i go on monkey bars and hang off them by my knees and do sit ups like that. getiing my chin to almost my knees
thanks for the compliments....as far as what i do for my abs...DIET...thats basically it, i train abs so few and fair between i can remember the last time i did them...lol
you can do anything with your body as long as you have the determination. ive found a few supplements that work well for me. N.O.explode is awesome stuff. Their add says youll never train with out it and they are definitly right. Its ethel esther creatine and arginine and caffine to take half an hour before workout. Also a good testosterone booster thats all herbal is 17HD. But dont forget your multivitamin and fish oils. Good luck and this site defintly has a lot to learn from as i've found.
