fescamil yeah i think i hit the pleatue becuase for about a month now i have not seen any results i feel stronger but my body weight is the same, thats whyi added the weights and i went veggitarian to see if i could build more muscle to burn fat and the veggies to keep the fat off! but at the end of this month hopfully i will see results! fescamil rightnow i do arms and shoulders one day, chest and back another day, all leggs another day, and i always do abs everyday, lifting is just one part of my workout. i also go to a football field and do wind sprints and a cardio and total body conditioning workout, then at night 2-3 hours of training MMA Jul 1, 2012 5:32pm

fescamil yo bro i am new to this too! i would suggest for high energy levels to take a mens multivitamen to get all the **** u dont get from ur usual diet, eat alot of raw veggies for insane fuel! and drink unsweetend green tea before your workouts! sounds kinda hippie ish but you will feel the diffrence in energy within a week! forget all those pre workout supplements because they usually are just caffine poweder and sugar Jun 28, 2012 6:43pm
