I was hella fat n chubby all the way up until my junior year of highschool when somehow i went from 160lbs to 130lbs and super skinny. I realized being a 130lb senior was some pussy shit so i hit the gym and hit 175lb after 11 months of working out.
Why I Love It:
Seeing results and building self esteem.
How I Stay Motivated:
supplements and seeing results! I love seeing friends reactions who havent seen me in a while.
Supplements keep me motivated and make me WANT to go to the gym, i dunno how else to describe it, oh yeah and just bein alpha as fcuk
BB Accomplishments:
gaing 45lbs in 11 months

this was me before i started lifting, as you can see i was still alpha as fcuk so its all good
not a very good picture but its progress nonetheless
started at 13.1"
in this pic i think 15.4"
no pump
i started to cut but everything went wrong, i was doing great til i hurt my foot which kept me from doing any form of cardio for 3 weeks. started animal cuts but had an allergic reaction. Now im just bulking and doing a lot of ab workouts. i plan on running lean xtreme for april/may so hopefully that will shred me up just in time for summer.
I also want to be able to max 225 on the bench by summer.
haha yea thats y i took it in the first place i needed like 1 more unit so my mom would stfu so i tried out lifting. If you get the right teacher the class is ****ing sick. Ill try to find his name.
dude don't waste ur time, the teacher is just there to supervise, you don't learn anything. Its basically just a small weight room that people who don't know anything about lifting take to try it out.
Thx man, always good to hear! I've been at it for about 6 years,4 years seriously, and the seriousness I take my training and nutrition just ramps up every year. So if you want any advice or have ?'s, ask away or read my workout blog, w/e.
