Overall Goal: Testing the my newly created DC/666 hybrid workout plan. The heavy chest and leg work is starting to wear on my RC and knees. Enter The Devil-Dog System.
In college, a friend of mine who competed in powerlifting got me started using basic compound powerlifting exercises like squats, deads, and bench press. It started mainly as a way to counteract the typical pizza and veer college student diet. As I saw results from the exercises alone, I began educating myself on nutrition and the role it plays.

Hey. I like that "in the gym shot" - I've gotta' get one of those! Lookin' intense. Thanks again for the list (I'm looking at it now); I'll be in touch if I have questions.
