To improve in sports... Once the sports ended i made working out my sport..
Why I Love It:
The challenge it brings, every day is different. I enjoy pushing myself, there's something about that feeling you get after a workout...You just can't beat it!!
How I Stay Motivated:
My body keeps me motivated, I love to be healthy and look fit. I want to live a long healthy life..
BB Accomplishments:
In May of 2006 I had surgery on my lower back to repair a heniated disc. Through that experience all i could think about was all the ground i was losing from not being in the gym. I gradually started to make a comeback by attending weeks of physical therapy and eventually getting into light weight training. I was basically told that my heavy lifting days were over. I was determined to prove that physical therapist wrong.. Being 8 months later i am not completely back to where i was but I am well on my way. The only downfall i have is that i have to be very cautious about certain exercises i perform. I have been focusing alot of my gym time on strengthening my core and working on my flexibility. I feel that I am stronger and more flexible than ever.

You are right...the possibilities of combination of other factors are existing...Anyway, if no harm to you now, you should keep it up...I can see the result you have from your picture...

Hey bro, have you ever checked with your doctor what actually is the cause of your previous problem, herniated disc? Would it due to the weight lifting training? If not, then I think you should keep on moving to Hardcore training again!
Keep it up!
The new pictures are tremendous. I cannot believe that you have made such a good comeback from the back surgery.
My only advice is to continue to be somewhat careful and do not allow your pride and enthusiasm to cause you to re-injure yourself. You are doing great and you can afford to be patient.
