Ok so today I won't be working out at all... I work today 6am~6pm and the gym hours are 7am~6pm on the weekends ... sucks! For the last week I've been hitting the gym twice a day. On weekdays I go when the gym opens at 4:30am before heading out to work. Then once again after work @ 6pm. Fasted Cardio in the mornings & Strength training in the evening.  Today I feel like crap because I feel like my supplements are being wasted today by not working out.
