So, today was day 2 of the Cellucor Strong to the Core 6 week challenge. I admit it was rough - new diet has me weak and yesterday's leg workout was brutal. I'm logging all my workouts in my paper journal, but I will do my best to log it on the bb.com website as well! I also downloaded an app to my phone for the countdown to the end of the challenge to keep me motivated along the way! I'm so excited about my upcoming progress!
