So I went to a new gym this weekend on a guest pass. It is the third gym I have been to but the first gym that had a lot of machines. I was in awe of all the choices per muscle group. I have been going to my current gym for over three years now but after this visit to the new one I am seriously thinking about leaving my old gym for a new one. One of the main downfalls with this gym was it only had dumbbells up to 100 pounds and it did not have dumbbells in five pound increments. So there were... Go to BodyBlog
