I do ROTC at my college so this calls for waking up early and partaking in PT. PT sometimes is pretty intense and filled with cardio. This could be 4-5 mile runs, ruck runs, ruck marches, track workouts, and some circuit training for muscle failure. At school I do my own workout when possible. You'd think I'd get a little more muscle and I'd start "changing" but I look the same! Another problem is FTX (field training exercises) which can last up to three days. We practice tactics...
