So 15 days left. Yesterday was not too bad. BodyBugg showed 2940 calories burned and 15,415 steps taken. Diet was about 90% on target, problems were too few calories and pm carbs (but not processed). Did not get a good weight workout in but did get a good cardio session in...hip hop class. Today should be excellent, have 2 workouts planned, morning and evening, so as long as my knees and sore hip don't yell at me things should go well. Diet will be good, no... Go to BodyBlog
