Day 1 in the challenge went well. Proud of myself for not drinking any soda or energy drinks. My nutrition needs to tighten up though, but being able to resist the temptation of soda etc. was a huge WIN!!! My body seems to be very sensitive to these type of sugar drinks. Workout weights: chest and triceps cardio acceleration in between sets   Nutrition meal1: green shake (spinach, tomato, cucumber, lime) meal2: two protein bars and water meal3: raw veggies, cashews and water meal4: grapes...
