Calories in calories out...... is it really that simple? Then why is it so difficult for so many to lose or manage their weight? I have been thinking about this lately because my life this past year has been a modge podge of this.... Dont eat after 5.......nevermind, definitely eat right before you go to bed Carbs and protein immediately after workout Eat breakfast....no eat breakfast only after cardio Limit fruit intake...actually eat the rainbow in fruits and veggies No running.....nevermind...
