Day 2: Yoga for an hour first thing in the morning.  Got to love when my Yorkie does it with me.   Off to the gym for Chest and Back Day... oh of course cant forget those abs. Did lower abs today.  I love chest and back day, you can really see everything developing and i feel strong when I use those muscles 5.5Km run completed at night! Makes me sleep like a baby
