I try to include protein rich foods in my diet since I haven't been using any protein supplement. Eggs, lean meat such as chicken breast, salmon, turkey, tuna and low fat dairies are perfect to feed up our muscles.  I always start my day with some good carbs because I don't believe in those diets that don't allow carb intake. Carbs are vital macronutrients, once they provide energy to our entire body. I have already tryied low carbs/no carb diet and honestly I felt horrible, I experimented...
