I've been doing great over the past week and made quick gains with my arm workouts. I know I took an entire week off before continuing for a whole week, but it was probably worth it. I'm now doing 2 sets of 10lbs and 1 set of 8lbs, from 3 sets at 8lbs, for my chest flyes. And, I've gone from 11 reps of 15lbs dumbbells (last year), to 13 reps (about a month ago), and now I've done a set of 15 reps. I may not do delts Saturday. I'm not sure if I should do resistance bands... Go to BodyBlog
