This week marks the beginning of my 6 week challenge. Though I am happy where I currently am and strive to live a healthy lifestyle, I want to use this opportunity to push my body for the next 6 weeks to show the drastic changes we can make in a short period of time. I plan to tone up, cut down 10 lbs or shoot for a 5% BF loss. Vegas with my girl friends will be the reward at the exact 6 week finish! Let's do this!
