Just decided today to up the challenge on my goals a bit. But I did that before the sun was even up this morning so my thinking could have been a bit fuzzy. lol. All I did was change the goal wgt. from 200 to 195 and BF from 10% to 12%. And my target date from April of next year to October of this year. (Oh gee, is that all!?)
