First I was using a ketogenic diet but after I cut for six weeks I decided to change it. I now intake about every 3 hours. I try to go high protein with low fat. Complex carbs make up whatever calories remain. I shoot for about a 2000 cal diet. I get my proteins from lean meats/fish, shakes and yogurt. For my complex carbs i stick to chai seeds, oats, yams, sweet potatos, sprouted bread and veggies. For my healthy fats I take in omega-3 pills and try to get a serving in of healthy nuts every...
