daviddaug Had a change of plans this week. Back would not permit deadlifts Tuesday. So Cycle 3 of 5-3-1 will start next week. hoping to fully heal

Review: I thought Green Apple was the best flavor.. but MuscleTech stepped it up again! :) White Grape tastes amazing with cold water and actually resembles the actually juice from Welch's. But for an even better flavor, try adding Fruit Punch to it! Besides the taste, the endurance I get from AminoBuild easily deserves a 10/10. I'm currently on Mike O'Hearn's power-bodybuilding program, and this product made it possible for me to complete 7 heavy max sets (something I could never have done with water...
