As I had suspected it was tough last night for legs, Day 38. Was soooooo tired by the time I got home, got my chores with my animals done, made supper yadda yadda yadda....really seriously thought about not doing the workout, but man, am I glad that I made myself do it. Ended up working out after 9 pm because that's when I got everything else done that I needed to do, and was really pleased with the results of working out.
