Macro's: 240g protein, 235g carbs, 55g fat I like to follow some nutrient timing protocols outlined by Dr. Layne Norton in some of his work. 5 meals 3-5 hours apart My protein is spread evenly through my 5 meals. Fats are kept low in pre and post-workout meals (by low I mean >10g). For breakfast I have approximately 15% of my carbs, then 35% pre-workout and another 35% post-workout, the remaining 15% is spread evenly throughout my other 2 meals.
