I am in boarding school during the whole year. we have a gym though and im allowed out for MMA a few times a week. so i usually train MMA 4-5days a week a weight train 3-5 times (depending on the week) When i Weight train i really mix it up between upper body days, lower body days, fitness days... I train alot in the 3-6 rep range but occasionaally go back to 6-12reps. I enjoy doing Squats, Benching and really enjoy doing Cleans and presses ( with a low to moderate weight) =)Go to workout program
