hairyhulk219 Squat 225x5 then do 7 pushups x20 sets. Only rest as much as ya need. Finished in 17:15. Not bad to squat 225 100x and do 140 pushups!

Shinosamurai created a new BodyBlog entry "Day two ".

     So today marks day 2 of the cellucor challenge for me and man did I wake up sore.  Yesterday I worked my back and biceps and both are really sore this morning.  Today I'm working chest and tri's with some more abs mixed in, after the workout I'll probably do a light run tonight for some cardio.  I'm really working hard to make sure I see a significant change in 6 weeks, and man temptation is everywhere haha.  No soda, No beer, No sweets,...
