interesting leg session last night.. Hit it hard yesterday for day 40 Legs, so hard that body was shaking and i was physically sick after the two supersets! thankfully i had enough power to get me through the last couple of exercises. I knew it was a good workout when i struggled walking out of the gym looking like John Wayne. I bumped up my meal frequency to 8 yesterday and sure enough jumped on the scale this morning and back down to original weight, so chuffed with that.  Looking forward... Go to BodyBlog
