Asprin, fish oil, multivitamin daily upon waking. Creatine monohydrate pre & post workout also on 2 rest days. ZMA x2 caps before bed daily. Flax oil 2 tbsp daily Whey Protien (as much needed to hit daily macros) Casien before bed only after and day after leg days.
