Start Day with BCAA My favourite breakfast is Oats with half scope of Whey Protein – I have that almost every day After Breakfast I would take multivitamin and Fish oil Because I leave in rainy country I would take vitamin D in the morning also - as we are not getting enough from the sun :) With Dinner: Calcium and Magnesium and Fish oil Before and after Workout: BCAA My Last meal would mostly include 1 scope of Whey Protein And that is me and my supplements.
