I have been going to the same YMCA for several years. I continue to see people who work out every day with little or no progress. It is very interesting to me that people pay money to a gym, work out regularly and show little to no progress. Don't even know if they have goals. How do you do cardio and not sweat? Why do they do stomach exercises for abs and have layers of fat covering them? Why are they lifting with improper form? And... Go to BodyBlog

Here I go again! I've been MIA from this site for awhile now... I've told myself that I'm going to make more of an effort this time to really stick with updating stats here on this site (as well as myfitnesspal). Hopefully seeing transformations will be another motivator to keep up with tracking my progress. I had great progress last year, but only tracked on myfitnesspal.
