I follow what's called the Cyclical Ketogenic Diet. Pretty much it's a diet designed to be anabolic & fat burning at the same time. I've had great results so far and currently using it to gain lean muscle mass and to tone/cut. The macros for this diet is: 65%f/30%p/5%c during the beginning of the cycle, but later towards the end of week I do a carb-load before a full body workout. For the carb load I switch my macros to 65%c/30%p/5%f for about 24 hours.   More info on this diet @ BB.com...

justcallmemary Well this is a better day. Im grateful that the fog lifted. Ran was smooth and sweaty...on to day 8 of live fit. I got this! NO PROBLEMS!
