Last night I hit my legs pretty hard with squats, one legged lunges (back leg on a block) and romanian deadlifts, also added some leg curls and box jumps. Feeling it today after my Hiit cardio run on the treadmill. I'm really working hard on my nutrition, after looking at different options on BB.com, I decided to eat protein pancake for breakfast with a little sugar-free syrup, coffee with stevia, after cardio, I had a protein shake.
