It's been a while since I've had time to blog and so much has been happening. And not happening in some cases! I have signed up to do a fitness challenge that benefits autism. It's given me some new kind of goals for the past couple of months. Because of my weight, which hasn't budged since March, the weights required for the challenge are a little on the heavy side for me. I have four weeks to get from 155 pound deadlifts to 185 pounds.
