All my macro needs are based on Emaa-Leigh's sticky explaining macro nutrients. I follow macros for a few reasons : 1. Its a scientifically proven to be the best method. 2. Its simple, you do the same thing every day, it doesnt get easier. 3. It keep me on track. Disciplin reminds me of my goals and my strength.   If you have the time, money, and dedication, I definitally recommend counting your macros, tracking your progress, and adjusting accordingly.
